Want one-on-one coaching built around your goals? At Hunger in the Wild, you’re matched with a coach who specializes in strength, fat loss, HYROX, or Olympic lifting — no generic program, just a plan built for you.
A conversation and a tour. No commitment.
Where to Start
Every client trains for a different reason. Which one describes you?
You have been away for a while and want to come back the right way, with expert guidance and a plan that meets you where you are today.
You want to get genuinely stronger and move better, coached by someone who understands technique and progression, not a generic template.
You want to lose fat and keep the muscle you have earned, with a plan that fits your schedule and the accountability to follow it.
You are working toward something specific, a race, a sport, or a level of performance, and want a coach who specializes in exactly that.
Most personal training gives you whatever one trainer happens to know. We match you with the coach who specializes in your goal, then build the plan around you.
Your personal training plan is built around your goal, training history, schedule, and current fitness level. Instead of giving every client the same workout, we match your program to the result you want most.
| Goal | What Your Training Focuses On |
|---|---|
| Strength Training | Squat, deadlift, press, pull-up, Olympic lifting basics, and progressive overload |
| Fat Loss | Strength training, conditioning, nutrition habits, and weekly accountability |
| Body Recomposition | Building muscle while reducing body fat through training, tracking, and nutrition support |
| Beginner Fitness | Safe movement, proper form, confidence in the gym, and steady progression |
| Athletic Performance | Power, speed, conditioning, mobility, and sport-specific strength |
| Return to Training | Movement screening, controlled progression, and rebuilding strength after time away |
How It Works
Working with a coach should feel straightforward from the first conversation. Here is exactly what to expect, from the moment you reach out to your first session on the floor.

We meet, walk the facility, and talk through your goals, your training history, and what has held you back. No pressure and no commitment.

We assess your movement and current strength, match you with the coach best suited to your goal, and design your program from the ground up.

You train one-on-one in focused sixty-minute sessions. We track your numbers and adjust your program as you improve, so progress never stalls.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove. Book your consultation, tell us where you want to go, and we will map the path to get you there.
The best personal trainer for you should offer more than motivation. Look for a coach who can assess your movement, build a custom plan, track progress, adjust your program, and explain why each part of your training matters.
Before choosing a Dallas personal trainer, ask:
– Will my program be custom-built or pulled from a template?
– Will my trainer track strength, body composition, and consistency?
– Does the gym have the equipment I need to progress?
– Can the coach support my specific goal, such as fat loss, strength, HYROX, Olympic lifting, or athletic performance?
– Will I have access to the facility outside of my private sessions?
At Hunger in the Wild, personal training includes custom programming, hands-on coaching, progress tracking, and full access to a performance-focused Dallas gym.
The Coaches

Here, you are matched with a career coach who specializes in your goal, whether that is strength, Olympic weightlifting, HYROX, or athletic performance. The coach you meet is the coach who builds your program, and the one standing next to you every session.
