WHAT TO EXPECT IN A STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS

Each group strength training class follows a clear structure so you always know what you’re training and why.

EACH CLASS INCLUDES:
– Structured warm-up and mobility
– A primary lift of the day (squat, bench press, deadlift, or overhead press)
– Accessory exercises to support strength, muscle balance, and joint health
– Finisher and/or core work when appropriate

You’ll follow a clear roadmap each week with defined goals, tracked progress, and consistent coaching. Strength training isn’t random. It’s built over time.
