Foundational Strength Training for Youth Athletes!

Our Commitment

The Hunger in the Wild coaching staff is on a mission to build a stronger world, one rep and one child, at a time. We use the barbell as a magical tool to help build both mental and physical strength, confidence, perseverance and resilience in athletes of all ages. All HITW Youth Olympic Weightlifting classes are open to all athletes ages 8-15. Each class is led by an experienced coach who's been certified by the United States of America Olympic Weightlifting Federation.

Youth Ramp-Up

All beginner athletes are required to complete 3 personal training sessions with our Head Youth Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Natalie Parsley. Each private session is entirely devoted to learning technique and developing the skills necessary to safely and effectively perform the 3 classical competition lifts!
