Click the button below to sign your young Olympian up for three private training sessions with a USAW Olympic weightlifting certified coach. Each session is devoted to learning proper technique and developing the prerequisite skills necessary to safely and effectively perform the each of the three olympic lifts. We’ll reach out to you after registration to schedule your first session!
The Hunger in the Wild coaching staff is on a mission to build a stronger world, one rep and one child, at a time. We use the barbell as a magical tool to help build both mental and physical strength, confidence, perseverance and resilience in athletes of all ages. All HITW Youth Olympic Weightlifting classes are open to all athletes ages 8-14. Each class is led by an experienced coach who’s been certified by the United States of America Olympic Weightlifting Federation.
