Weightlifting Level System

A systematic way of ranking individuals based on goals, training age and/or individual level if athlete. The HITW Level System includes 3 distinguished micro progression levels of programming, exercise selection and training sessions per week. 

What to Expect

Level-1 Weightlifting

This program is perfect for anyone who’s new to the sport and has limited time to train; but still wants to make huge strides in progress and skill.

The level-1 beginners program utilizes traditional Olympic weightlifting training methods and places emphasis on the development of technique for 2 competition lifts and the accessory exercises that support them. Each of the 4 weekly workouts should take around 60 minutes to complete. This program was designed to help beginners build a strong and sturdy foundation that will pave the way for long term progress and success in the sport of Olympic weightlifitng.

Level-2 Weightlifting

 $25.00/Month

This is an intermediate training program that includes 5 sessions per week, each expected to take between 60-90 minutes to properly complete.

The most noticeable difference from the Level-1 program is the additional strength and accessory work. This program is designed to build excess loads of transferable strength and power. Where the Level-1 program is meant to prepare your body to become strong, Level-2 is where that process takes place. In order to fully benefit from the HITW Level-2 program you must have proficiently developed  technique in each of the classical lifts and closely related variations.

The Level-2 weightlifting program was our first online training program and it has single handedly helped thousands of athletes achieve incredible success! It’s designed and recommended for athletes with more than 2 years of training experience and a strong understanding of the necessary technique.

Level-3 Weightlifting

 $45.00/Month

HITW Level 3 is an advanced training program that includes 6-9 weekly workouts. Since training volume and intensity are highest at the advanced level, these workouts typically take between 90-180 minutes to complete.  

The Level-3 training system utilizes more than 170 different olympic weightlifting exercises, dozens of technique drills and daily warm up primers. Just as an athlete’s demand for progress increases over time, the training stimulus and regimen must evolve too. This program addresses that demand and matches it with the appropriate stimulus. This L-3 program was designed for athlete’s that have been training for more than 5 years and are starting to experience slow & unsatisfying progress. This program’s been designed to help you get back on track.
