Bodybuilding

  • Price: $24.99
  • Experience: Intermediate - Advanced
  • Style: Classical Bodybuilding Training
  • Length: 60-90 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 5 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: Build Muscle and Improve Composition
  • Overview: The HITW Bodybuilding program uses a traditional 5-day muscle isolation training split. Training volume remains always high and the intensity is entirely dependent on the athlete’s ability to maintain a slow, strict and controlled movement. This hypertrophy strength training program is the perfect fit for anyone who wants to build lean muscle mass, while reducing bodyfat and improving overall body composition.
  • Equipment: Barbell, weight plates, squat stand, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, flat/incline bench, resistance bands, cable machine, basic cardio equipment.

Hybrid Bodybuilding

  • Overview: The Hybrid Bodybuilding program combines high volume & moderate intensity bodybuilding methods; with low volume & high intensity Olympic weightlifting strength training. The Hybrid program is the perfect fit for experienced weightlifters that want to look like a seasoned bodybuilder while still being able to lift like an elite weightlifter.
  • Equipment: Olympic barbell, bumper plates, squat stand, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, flat/incline bench, resistance bands.

HIIT Conditioning

  • Experience: Beginner - Intermediate
  • Style: HIIT Metabolic Conditioning
  • Length: 30-45 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 6 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: Reduce Body fat and Improve Body Composition
  • Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, assault bike, rower, treadmill, jump rope, medicine ball and room for sprint/sled work.
  • Overview: Due to popular demand, we’ve recently added the HIIT Conditioning program to the HITW online training program platform. Many of our athletes were getting small doses of metabolic conditioning workouts during the covid-19 pandemic and to their surprise, they loved it! This program successfully combines basic strength training movements with high intensity conditioning exercises. The result is a shorter and more intense workout with both muscle building and bodyfat reducing benefits.

Strength & HIIT

  • Style: Funcational Bodybuilding and HIIT Conditioning
  • Length: 45-60 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 6 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: Build Muscle, Increase Strength and Reduce Body fat
  • Overview: The HITW Strength & HIIT training program is the foundation of all Hunger in the Wild training methodology. This program’s strength component incorporates both high volume and high intensity strength and muscle building strategies. The strength goal is straight forward and direct: always working towards increasing maximal strength in the squat, bench press, deadlift and push press. On the contrary, the conditioning goal is more dependent on the athlete’s preference and desire. Regardless, this strength & conditioning program will yield incredible strength and aesthetic results.
  • Equipment: Barbell, weight plates, squat stand, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, flat/incline bench, resistance bands, assault bike, rower, treadmill, jump rope, medicine ball and room for sprint/sled work.

L1 Olympic Weightlifting

  • Style: Olympic Weightlifting
  • Length: 45-60 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 3 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: Develop Strength and Proper Technique
  • Overview: The Level-1 Olympic weightlifting program was created for beginners with no prior training experience or background. The program uses micro exercise progressions to develop proper positional strength and sport specific skill. We advise new athletes to follow this training program for 18 weeks before progressing to HITW’s Level-2 olympic weightlifting training program.
  • Equipment: Olympic barbell, bumper plates, squat stand.

L2 Olympic Weightlifting

  • Experience: Level-2 Intermediate
  • Style: Olympic Weightlifting
  • Length: 60-90 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 5 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: Local Competition Preparation
  • Overview: The Level-2 Olympic weightlifting program incorporates twice the number of exercises as the Level-1 program. Thus, the skill level required is significantly greater and much more physically demanding. This program should only be used by athletes with 1+ years of dedicated weightlifting experience. Most athletes should follow the Level-2 program for 1-2 years before progressing to the HITW’s Level-3 olympic weightlifting training program.
  • Equipment: Olympic barbell, bumper plates, squat stand, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, flat bench.

L3 Olympic Weightlifting

  • Experience: Level-3 Advanced
  • Style: Olympic Weightlifting
  • Length: 90-120 Minute Workouts
  • Schedule: 6 Sessions Per Week
  • Goals: National Competition Preparation
  • Overview: The Level-3 Olympic weightlifting program is Hunger in the Wild’s most advanced program. This training program was created to develop competitive athletes from the local level to the national stage. The Level-3 program has an exercise library with more than 200+ exercise variations and technique demonstrations. Athletes will typically follow this program for 1-2 years before advancing to a fully customized training program.
  • Equipment: Olympic barbell, bumper plates, squat stand, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, flat/incline bench, resistance bands, plyo box, pulling blocks.
