Agreement Terms, Member (Online and In-Person Client) and Hunger in the Wild LLC. (HITW) agree to the following:
IA. RIGHT TO CANCEL – IN-PERSON PROGRAMS
Client may cancel any and all in-person memberships and packages, and stop all future payments for any reason, unless specified in the corresponding membership agreement, with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice. All submissions MUST be submitted through the HITW Membership Cancellation form in order to be successfully processed.
IB. RIGHT TO CANCEL – ONLINE PROGRAMS
Client may cancel any and all online memberships and packages, and stop all future payments for any reason, unless specified in the corresponding membership agreement, with no minimum advanced notice. All submissions MUST be submitted through the cancellation portal, located within your Teambuildr Web Application dashboard. Please note that cancellations cannot be performed through the mobile app, you must login through the web app and perform the cancellation through the local cancellation portal. II. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
HITW Offers month-to-month memberships, prepaid memberships and session(s) packages online through our website, www.hungerinthewild.com and from your mobile device, on the Teambuildr mobile app.
A. ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE PLACED ON HOLD
Online memberships and online session(s) packages can not be suspended or placed on hold.
B. IN-PERSON MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE PLACED ON HOLD
In-Person memberships and session(s) packages can be suspended or placed on hold, at anytime and for any reason, with a 5-day advanced notice submitted through the HITW Membership Hold form in order to be successfully processed.
III. HITW RESERVES THE RIGHTS SET FORTH BELOW
A. RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES
HITW reserves the right to change its prices for any reason, with a 30 days notice to the member.
B. CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
HITW may change classes, programs, schedules and instructors at any time, with no advanced notice.
C. CLASS INSTRUCTION AND SAFETY
Member agrees to follow the safety instructions of HITW personnel. HITW has the right to suspend/terminate membership of any individual that is disruptive or deliberately fails to follow instructions and/or risks the safety of staff or other members.
