This is an intermediate training program that includes 5 sessions per week, each expected to take between 60 – 90 minutes to properly complete.

The most noticeable difference from the L1 Foundations program is the additional strength and accessory work. This program is designed to build excess loads of transferable strength and power.

In order to fully benefit from the HITW L2 program you must have proficiently developed  technique in each of the classical lifts and closest related variations.

The L3 training system utilizes more than 170 different olympic weightlifting exercises, dozens of technique drills and daily warm up primers. 

Just as an athlete’s demand for progress increases over time, the training stimulus and regimen must evolve too. This program addresses that demand and matches it with the appropriate stimulus.
