Head Coach Kyle Dosterschill

“Your performance is my performance metric.”

Kyle Dosterschill

By trade and by title, Kyle Dosterschill is a Strength and Conditioning coach. Kyle graduated from St. Louis's Lindenwood University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In college, Kyle was a two-sport athlete, competing in Olympic Weightlifting as a 94kg weightlifter and playing Linebacker/Fullback on the highly competitive NCAA D2 football team. In addition to focusing on his own training, Kyle worked as a strength and conditioning coach with both the football and wrestling teams and as a personal trainer with a range of individuals in the St. Charles area.

Through these experiences, Kyle discovered his passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their lives. This path has led him to build a diverse and successful track record across a range of skill levels, athletic disciplines, and training facilities.

Learning what works and what doesn't, what motivates and what discourages, what truly differentiates one athlete from the next, Kyle has developed his science and philosophy on tangible, empirical results and the deep gratitude of his returning clients. His approach focuses on developing equal parts body and mind – creating the highest performing athletes and individuals. And just like in his own athletic career, his goal with every client, regardless of age, skill level, and personal pursuit, is to help him or her discover and reach their true potential and become the person they've always wanted to be.

Coach Natalie

Natalie Parsley

Natalie is a personal trainer, yoga instructor & coach known for her fun and creative ways to get people moving. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Following her original plan to pursue a degree in Pharmacy she hit a crossroads and began exploring a career that would bring her more satisfaction. After this, she changed her major to Kinesiology.

Natalie has always loved being outside and active so the change fit perfectly. Believing health is a feeling that starts on the inside she encourages her students to explore and cultivate their on unique path to health. After personal training for a year, during which time she began practicing yoga, she became curious to learn more and continued her education by attending yoga teacher training (200hr RYT). At the urging of her colleagues and friends she began teaching in 2010 and has not looked back! Natalie is now a 200 hour eRYT as well as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider leading anatomy training for yoga teachers and students.
In an effort to continue learning and add another tool to her coaching arsenal, she received her Crossfit Level One Coaching certificate and began coaching in 2013. In 2016 she completed USAW’s Sports & Performance Coaching course. Loving human anatomy and a challenge, she has developed a unique approach to help athletes and yogis with dysfunctional movement patterns, through the coupling of mobility and stability work. In her career she has worked with seniors, pregnant women, teenagers and people with physical disabilities. She believes that there is always a creative way to work around obstacles be they physical or just the “junk in our mind”. She regularly geeks out about anatomy, mobility and mindfulness meditation.

When not teaching she can be found doing anything that involves the sunshine including riding her bike, taking Pup on trail runs, and drinking beer with friends!
