L3 Advanced Training Program

Ready to take your career to the highest level? This is a demanding program with 6-9 weekly sessions. The full program runs through 4 distinct phases and ends with a 2-week competition peak.

If you follow the program as its written, you will peak your strength exercises during weeks 14-16 and should see substantial increase to your squats, pulls and presses.

The final training phase is a true 14 day competition peak. Your classic lifts will peak throughout weeks 17-18. However, most people will see the greatest strength improvement during the last day of the 18th week.
